USSC TROXEL

The USSC Troxel case has been well received for fit parents and families.  Below is the syllabus and concurring opinions since that is what makes case law.  The Fourteen Amendment was referred to many times in regards to due process.  This amendment has been overlooked by almost all grandparent's rights cases prior to the USSC decision.  Since then, several families have been freed due to this decision and the Fourteenth Amendment.  We are not lawyers and strongly recommend seeking legal advice.
