United States Supreme Court

January 2000, the USSC will hear a case concerning forced 3rd party visitation commonly called "Grandparent’s Rights." The Coalition for Restoration of Parental Rights has filed a brief for the parents, Kelly & Tommie Wynn. The Florida Chapter of CRPR is a proud contributor to this paramount cause. After reading the brief, I almost felt like taking all the information down on this web site and using this alone. Of course, at the end, it would need to say, "nuff said." Heartfelt congratulations to the outstanding job of Billy Sights, founder of CRPR, and Karen Wyle, counsel on record.
